Bleeding-vine

When the vine is pruned to be necessary to give it a form.
These days (when not raining!) we are all in the vineyard to tie the vine-branches to the wire . In times past we used the rush to do this. Now we use an elastic material for the stump and small wires ( lined with paperboard ) for the branches .
In this period we can see the outflow of water from the top of the plant, it is said that the vine "crying".
Throughout the winter the vine goes into "hibernation". Crying is the first sign of vegetative reawakening : with increasing temperature the ground warms and reaches 8-10 ° C, the roots begin to collect water and the lymph begins to circulate to feed the plant escaping from the cuts of pruning... the vine begins to cry ...
